Delivery through Hermes
The shipping will take about 3-5 working days after successful payment.
Shipping costs start from 3,99€, regardless of the weight of the order.
Free delivery only within Germany for orders over 50,00€.

Standard shipping European countries, Switzerland and excluding EU countries: The shipment is only sent by DHL to the EU countries with a tracking number to follow the delivery process.

General information
• Cancellation after shipment, the shipping cost (3.99€) will be deducted from the order value during the refund.
• Returning to us due to an address error, an additional 3.99€ will be added for reshipment.
• In case of delay please report to Shan Exotic Store.
• Some delays can also come from us if the products are unavailable in stock. In case of a longer period, Shan Exotic Store will contact you.
• In some cases the package may be damaged while in transit. In this case, the package will be repackaged by the shipping service provider and may require an additional delay of 1-2 days.
